We lean into the green abyss,

knowing that beauty is all.

Within the influences of our wonder,

the rhythmic beating of nature’s drums

request our presence.

Like witnesses, with closed eyes,

we answer in silence

to the harmony we see with our eyes open.

There are juvenile and primordial

voices and melodies out there.

Where the forest boundaries are invitingly alive,

and the green chaos values its different roles,

where awe and observation

rule the eager benefits

of the ever-growing all.

It is only natural to feel the urge to pause,

to wonder, to dream, to find peace

among the carefully drafted mist,

where light meets shadows and

empty pockets of space,
